School-Based Physical Therapist (1 - 5 days/wk).

Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience working with children, especially in a school setting, is often required.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing therapy goals within IEPs for students with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Students\' Physical Needs: Conduct assessments to identify physical challenges affecting students\' ability to participate in school activities.
- Develop Individualized Therapy Plans: Create tailored therapy programs to address students\' mobility, strength, and motor skills development.
- Provide Physical Therapy Services: Administer hands-on therapy sessions to improve physical function, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure integrated support for students\' physical needs.
- Document Progress and Report: Maintain accurate records of students\' progress and update therapy plans as needed.
