Mercy St. Robert is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Therapy team. The role involves conducting objective assessments and creating individualized plans for adult and geriatric patients, with direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehab staff.

Responsibilities include supervising PT assistants and rehab technicians, ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards. A Missouri license or eligibility is required, along with BLS certification; Oklahoma licensure is also

• Missouri license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification must be current before independent patient care.

Find your calling at Mercy! Under the general supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor at the Rehab Center at Mercy Health Center, and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahama Practice Act. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education : Current Missouri license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible. Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy
• Certifications : BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Preferred Experience:

• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
• Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
