Job summary

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Missouri to join our therapy team. You will work closely with licensed therapists to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans and promote independence.

Ideal candidates hold MO PTA licensure, have 1–2 years of PTA experience (skilled nursing preferred), and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Missouri PTA license or be eligible for licensure
• 1–2 years PTA experience; skilled nursing setting preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans and interventions
• Implement exercises and modalities as prescribed by the therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapist
• Maintain accurate records of treatment and outcomes
• Collaborate with therapy team on patient-centered plans
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care
• Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings
