Creekside Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents and patients with physical disabilities. The PT uses exercise, heat, ultrasound, massage, and other therapies to relieve pain and restore function.
Under physician orders, the PT will assess, plan and administer treatments, maintain records, and educate patients and families. CA licensure and Covid vaccination are required.
Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats residents and patients with temporary or long term physical disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing by applying the therapeutic properties of exercise, heat, ultrasound, massage and other forms of treatment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Under a physician’s order, performs the following within scope of practice and federal guidelines:
May provide onsite supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, and provisional physical therapists per state practice guidelines.
