Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, IA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and treatments under physician approved plans for a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. The role supports a 1.0 FTE schedule, typically Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician approved treatment plans. Assures quality physical therapy care and regulatory guideline compliance leading to positive patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a variety of patients, with approximately 25% being inpatients and 75% being outpatients. Inpatients include acute and swing bed, while outpatients will cover a variety of ages and conditions.
1.0 FTE. 80 hours per pay period.
