Physical Therapist - Registry - $5000 Retention Bonus

We own outpatient Physical Therapy clinics and operate 16 hospitals in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside areas, offering inpatient, ARU, NICU, and outpatient Sports & Orthopedic positions.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to work across four hospitals located in Van Nuys, Valencia, Santa Monica, and Lancaster, CA. This role offers valuable experience and exposure to various settings and therapists, paving the way for advancement to Lead PT or Director roles. Your responsibilities will include planning physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides.
• AHA BLS certification required.
