Physical Therapist - Registry - $5000 Retention Bonus

Interstate Therapy Solutions is a part of the Confluent Health family of physical and occupational therapy companies. We own outpatient Physical Therapy clinics and operate 16 hospitals in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside areas, offering inpatient, ARU, NICU, and outpatient Sports & Orthopedic positions.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to work across four hospitals located in Van Nuys, Valencia, Santa Monica, and Lancaster, CA. This role offers valuable experience and the opportunity to collaborate with diverse therapists in various settings, paving the way for future leadership roles such as Lead PT or Director. You will develop physical rehabilitation programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aides.
• AHA BLS certification required.
