Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Boise in Boise, ID seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive PT services to acutely ill patients within a 40-bed critical care environment.

You will assess, plan, implement and document care, working under physician orders and collaborating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication.
• Functions under a physician's order.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
