Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. You will assess, plan and implement physical therapy programs, helping patients recover from serious illness or injury.

Candidates must hold a current Idaho license, maintain BLS certification, and bring 1 year of hospital experience if possible. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment and program planning.
• Document care plans, progress notes, and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Work under a physician's order within a hospital setting.

Vibra Hospital of Boise, located in Boise, ID, is a 40 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physicians order.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
