Vibra Healthcare’s Ballard Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services. You will assess, plan and implement therapy programs, collaborate with physicians, and document progress to support discharge goals.

This role requires an active PT license in California, current BLS, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced rehab environment with multidisciplinary teamwork and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Complete related documentation and communicate with the medical team.
• Work under physician orders and coordinate care with other staff.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team!

We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physicians order.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $48.95 to $63.32
