Job summary

Mercy seeks a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts, ensuring safe and effective therapy.

Required is a PT degree, active or temporary license, and BLS. Preference for 6–12 months of relevant experience; the role involves lifting, standing, and meaningful patient interaction in a collaborative, tech-forward care environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or temporary license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred 6–12 months experience with adult/geriatric populations.

Physical Therapist

• Preferred experience includes six months to one year working with adult and geriatric populations.
• The role involves physical demands such as lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
