Memorial Healthcare System in Miramar, Florida seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in our rehabilitation program, with emphasis on complex care planning and family involvement.

The role requires completion of an accredited PT program, Florida licensure, and BLS certification. Duties include patient progress documentation, discharge planning, and supervision of therapy staff in a hospital setting.

Memorial Rehabilitation Institute provides highly specialized care ranging from complex multiple trauma, stroke and brain injury to physical and speech therapy. Inpatient care is offered at Memorial Regional Hospital South, with outpatient care available in five different locations. We also have a home health team and resources for long-term care at Memorial Manor, while also offering therapy for pediatric developmental diagnosis through Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

Summary:

Evaluates and treats patient populations for physical therapy needs.
