Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation to provide one-on-one care at Salt Lake City/St. George locations. Flexible full-time or part-time options with a four-day workweek and schedule Mon-Thu 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized treatment plans, manual therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Comfortable providing hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team
• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions without double-booking or overlapping patients
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries (acute to chronic)
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members
• Complete documentation during patient appointments using an electronic medical record system with AI-assisted tools
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress, and injury prevention
