Mountain View Pain Center in Fort Collins is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.

The role emphasizes rehabilitation program guidance, progress monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes for long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT with active state licensure in CO/AZ.
• Proficiency in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.
• Commitment to holistic care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus.
• Ability to pass TB Test (AZ only).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility.
• Guide rehabilitation programs, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
