Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an on-site role in Glendale, AZ. The clinician will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.

The position requires a DPT or MS in PT with AZ/CO licensure, strong communication skills, and an interest in holistic care. Onsite schedule includes weekdays with standard hours and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado / Arizona.
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices.
• Commitment to holistic care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus.
• Ability to pass a TB Test (AZ only).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. Work Location: Glendale/Westgate Clinic, 100% onsite, in person

Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00PM
• Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
