Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice located in Lone Tree, CO. We seek a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.

You will guide rehabilitation programs, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT with Colorado/Arizona licensure.
• Proficiency in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.
• Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab or pelvic floor is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado / Arizona
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Commitment to holistic care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus

Salary Range

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00

Work Location

Lone Tree Clinic, 100% onsite, in person

Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00PM
• Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
