Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a full-time on-site Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility. You will guide rehabilitation programs, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Arizona licensure and a DPT or MS in PT are required, with vestibular or pelvic floor interest a plus.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Arizona
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Commitment to holistic care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus
• Ability to successfully pass a TB Test (AZ only)

Salary Range

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00

Clinic Name, 100% onsite, in person

Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00PM
• Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
