Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Fort Collins is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT with CO/AZ licensure.

• TB test may be required (AZ only).
