Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized plans to restore function and mobility. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, documenting findings, and implementing evidence-based interventions while supervising support staff as assigned and maintaining compliant clinical records.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or foreign equivalent required for licenses after Jan 2016.
• Active PT license in state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification currently active.
• Two years of PT experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise PT Assistants and support staff as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
