Pro Rehab in Starbuck, MN is hiring a Physical Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton areas, offering mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply for a full-time position.

The wage range is $47-$55 per hour, depending on experience. Location: 605 N. Main St. Starbuck, MN 56381. No productivity requirements and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist License.
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local Home Health care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education on pain management techniques and safety.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area! Wage Range: $47 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
