Job summary

Pro Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton area locations in Minnesota. The role offers a competitive wage, mileage reimbursement, and a $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months with tuition reimbursement options.

New grads are welcome. This full-time position pays $45–$53 per hour depending on experience, with mileage at $0.70 per mile and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Accredited OT program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations related to long-term care.
• Able to communicate in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to understand needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence.
• Provide therapeutic activities and teach adaptive techniques and device training.
• Educate patients and families on coping strategies and home modifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, physical therapists, and other staff to provide care.

We are looking for anOccupational Therapistto float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! Position Type: Full-Time
Wage Range: $45 - $53 / hour depending on experience.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Evaluate Patients:Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functions.
• Provide Therapeutic Activities:Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families:Provide patient and caregiver education such as but not limited to: coping strategies, home modifications, and techniques to improve quality of life and independence.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans:Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:Work with doctors, physical therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
