Pro Rehab in Minnesota is hiring a Physical Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton areas. The position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, a $5,000 bonus over 18 months, and tuition reimbursement. No productivity requirements.

New grads welcome. Wage range is $47-$55 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, creating and implementing treatment plans, hands-on therapy, patient education, progress monitoring, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve function.
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
