Pro Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area clinics, supporting therapists and patients with compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive wage of $26–$34 per hour, a $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months, tuition reimbursement, mileage at $0.70 per mile, and no productivity requirements. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve ADLs.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant. We are looking for a CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! Wage Range: $26 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs).
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
