FullShift Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ohio. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced PT, this opportunity offers competitive pay, and a path that may extend beyond 13 weeks or become permanent.

As a PT you’ll deliver treatments, assess progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. Travel stipends/housing may be included for travelers, with a supportive onboarding and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
