Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role welcomes both new grads and experienced PTs, offering competitive pay, housing and travel stipends for travelers, and a supportive team focused on growth.

Deliver therapy, monitor progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain documentation. 13-week contract with option to extend or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) - New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
