Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bryan, Ohio. This contract offers 13 weeks with extension or permanent placement, days shifts, and a competitive hourly rate with housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads welcome; you will deliver PT treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
