Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Ohio. The role offers a 13-week contract with option to extend or a permanent placement, day shifts, and an excellent pay package with housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome, with a supportive team focused on growth, mobility, and patient independence. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team delivering thoughtful PT care and ensuring progress across all patient populations.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
