Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility setting on day shifts. New grads welcome; opportunity for either 13-week contract or permanent placement.

You will deliver PT treatments, monitor progress, educate patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Competitive pay, housing and travel stipends for travelers, and onboarding support are included.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain license where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
