Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, create and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with facility teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

You’ll supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development. The role requires strong communication in English and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
