Job summary

Ramseur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Ramseur, NC. The role involves evaluat­ing residents per MD orders, creating and implementing a detailed treatment plan, and documenting progress and outcomes.

You will collaborate with the rehab team, adhere to facility policies, and provide education to patients and staff. A current NC license is required and a commitment to quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Physical Therapy with B.S., DPT, MA, or MS recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license/registration in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and required forms.
• Ensure orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Deliver care using appropriate modalities while adhering to safety precautions.
• Maintain accurate daily participation and progress documentation and update plans as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning with rehab team.
• Supervise junior staff or students as needed and co-sign notes when required.
