Job summary

Fletcher Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our care team. You will conduct comprehensive PT evaluations, develop treatment plans with clear goals, and coordinate care with doctors, staff, and families to support resident progress.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, ensuring proper orders, and delivering therapies using approved modalities while adhering to policies and confidentiality agreements.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited university (B.S./DPT/MA/MS).
• Current licensure/registration in the state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations per physician orders.
• Develop and document treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Ensure physician orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatments and modify plans per patient response.
• Document participation, progress and discharge summaries accurately.
