Job summary

Fletcher Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is hiring a PT PRN. The role requires a DPT/B.S. in Physical Therapy and a current state license. You will perform PT evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• PT license in state is required
• DPT/B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by APTA

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT evaluation based on physician orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment plans; participate in team meetings.
