Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed physical therapy programs for patients.
• Review referrals and patient records; coordinate with medical staff to plan interventions.
• Document goals, progress, and reevaluation plans in the EMR.
• Record strength, motor development, functional capacity, and other metrics.
• Adjust interventions based on patient progress to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home treatment.
• Instruct on use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and ensure follow-up as needed.
