Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy across facilities in Illinois. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement plans, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The role includes supervising PTAs, coordinating care with facility teams, and contributing to program growth and clinical leadership. Candidates must hold an APTA-accredited PT degree and active licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
