Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, SNF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength and flexibility.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to help patients achieve treatment goals.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed.
