Job summary

Virtua is hiring full-time Physical Therapists across 30 outpatient locations in South Jersey. You will provide exam and evaluation to determine prognosis and plan of care, collaborating with a team of 200+ rehab professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NJ licensure and CPR. Per diem opportunities exist, and benefits include growth and sign-on options across outpatient, acute care, home care, and school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy examinations and evaluations to determine prognosis and plan of care.
• Assist manager with clinical and operational issues and improve rehab service utilization.
• Collaborate with medical staff and team to provide high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Maintain patient records, evaluations, and reports in a timely manner per guidelines.
• Effectively utilize PTAs, aides, and support staff while communicating education to patients and families.
