Job summary

Virtua Health is hiring Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapists at 30 outpatient locations across South Jersey. You will join a team of 200+ rehab professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering growth.

This role provides PT examination, evaluation, intervention, and plan-of-care updates, collaborating with managers to improve rehab services and processes. Requires Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, NJ licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license for home care/early

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure in New Jersey required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license for home care/early intervention staff required.

Responsibilities

• Consults with medical and rehab team to provide optimum patient care.
• Maintains evaluations and documentation in a timely manner.
• Uses PTAs and aides appropriately to support patient care.
• Communicates with patients/families about education and plan of care.
• Works with supervisor to improve rehab service utilization.
