Job summary

Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is recruiting Physical Therapists for 30 outpatient locations across South Jersey. We offer Full-Time and Per Diem roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a 200+ rehab professional team.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and NJ licensure; CPR is required. Home care/early intervention staff may require a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• For home care/early intervention staff, a valid driver’s license, current automobile registration and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consults with medical, ancillary professionals and other team members to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations.
• Demonstrates comprehensive evaluation skills and interventions, and modifies plan of care as appropriate.
• Maintains evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation in accordance with guidelines.
• Effectively utilizes PTAs, aides and other support staff as appropriate.
• Communicates with patient and family to provide education in line with age and condition.
