Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure in New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• For home care staff, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance/registration.

Responsibilities

• Consults with medical and rehab team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Performs comprehensive evaluations and adjusts plans of care as needed.
• Maintains patient records and complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Effectively utilizes PTAs, aides, and support staff.
• Communicates with patients and families to provide education and resources.
