Job summary

Virtua is hiring Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapists across 30 outpatient locations in South Jersey. You will join a team of 200+ rehab professionals and contribute to high-quality patient care while enjoying growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, NJ licensure, and CPR certification. Home care roles require a valid driver’s license and insurance. Join Virtua to help patients return to the activities they love.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• For home care and early intervention staff, a valid driver’s license, current automobile registration and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consults with medical, ancillary professionals to provide optimum patient care and effective operations.
• Demonstrates comprehensive evaluation skills and interventions; evaluates effectiveness and updates plan of care.
• Maintains and completes evaluations, patient records, reports and all documentation timely and per guidelines.
• Uses PTAs, aides and other staff as appropriate.
• Communicates with patient/family to provide education and literature suitable to age and condition.
