Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function and mobility.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
