Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. New grads are welcome, with options for FT, PT, and PRN schedules.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License - or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred - but we're willing to invest in new grads.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
