Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that help residents regain mobility and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

New grads are welcome. We provide mentorship, in-house team support, and opportunities for growth within our caring Iowa community.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License - or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
• New grads welcome to apply and grow with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function and mobility.
• Work with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
