Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that restore mobility and enhance residents’ quality of life. We offer FT, PT, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but we’re willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
