PediaStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a skilled nursing facility in Willmar, Minnesota. This direct-hire role offers flexible scheduling — full-time, part-time, or PRN — with competitive pay of $40–$58 per hour depending on experience and hours worked.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Help develop programs and support department growth.
• Provide in-services and share clinical knowledge with therapists.
• Contribute to the overall operation of the rehabilitation department.
