Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in SNF settings.
• Complete documentation and care plans.
• Plan, market and develop new programs within the department.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to staff therapists.
• Assist in departmental operations.
