Saber Health Group is hiring a physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility to return patients to optimal function and support rehabilitation goals. You will guide patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Full-time and part-time roles are available. Wage range is $40–$55 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Active, unencumbered license in state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patients to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Educate patients on maintaining function after discharge and develop independent exercise plans.
