Ocean Pointe Healthcare Center in Santa Monica, CA is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers a range of schedules—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with responsibilities including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and supervision of support staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Leadership capabilities supervising PTAs, rehab aides, students, and volunteers.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and adjust plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments per physician orders and standards.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions to restore function and reduce impairment, individually or in groups.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff per state law and policy.
• Document accurately per federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
