Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to assess and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under supervision of Therapy Leadership.

You will conduct objective assessments, supervise patients directly, oversee rehabilitation technicians, and provide general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts, ensuring care aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values.

Qualifications

• Current state license and licensure in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Six months to one year of experience with adult and geriatric populations.
