Job summary

MEP Health in Missouri is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will work under general supervision of Therapy Leadership, supervise patients directly, and oversee rehabilitation technicians in line with state practice acts.

Required qualifications include a PT degree (Bachelors, MS, or DPT), current license, and current BLS certification.

Job description

Seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.

Under general supervision of Therapy Leadership, the role includes direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, along with general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, a current/temporary license in the state of practice, and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric patients.

Key physical requirements involve lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, and manual dexterity skills such as gripping, reaching, and bending.
